Return Policy
Need to return or exchange something? Not a problem, we’ve got you covered!
- Items can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receiving the order and must be accompanied by a completed returns form supplied with your order
- We do not offer free returns, however, we will send out exchanges free of charge
- We advise that items being returned are tracked as we can not be held liable for items lost in the post
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will process the refund and aim to do this within 1 week of receiving the parcel
- Refunds can take up to 5-10 working days to be processed and show into your account
- We do not issue refunds on underwear or sales items, if the product is faulty a replacement will be sent out
- Exchanges only apply for the same item in different colour or size

Our returns and exchange policy does not affect your statutory rights
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Cancelation
You can cancel your order if you initiate the cancellation request before the shipping time, and within 24 hours of placing the order.
